On July 6, the High-Quality Development Forum of “China Data Street” under the 2026 Global Digital Economy Conference was grandly held in Beijing.One major achievement stemming from the forum was the official launch of the High-Quality Dataset Inspection and Testing Base (the Base for short).This facility is jointly built by CCIC Tianwei (an affiliate of China Certification & Inspection Group, CCIC), the Xicheng District Bureau of Data of Beijing, and Tianheng Group.
The base targets core quality pain points in the circulation and trading of data elements.It will build a scientific, systematic and standardized evaluation system for data quality.It provides authoritative, impartial third-party quality certification services for data products.The base aims to resolve information asymmetry and trust barriers in data transactions.It supports the orderly flow of data elements on the basis of compliance, security and high efficiency.
