1. China Railway Construction Guyana Bridge Project
- Scope of Service: Equipment manufacturing supervision, non-destructive testing (NDT)
- Project Introduction: From January to February 2024, CCIC was entrusted by China Railway Construction to conduct manufacturing supervision and inspection on 8 sets of cranes, and perform ultrasonic testing (UT) and magnetic particle testing (MT) on welds. Defects such as cracks and porosities were identified during inspection; after rectification and re-inspection, the equipment quality was certified compliant. The supervision and testing ensured the quality of equipment for on-site operation overseas and safeguarded the overall construction progress of the project.
2. Lusail Stadium, FIFA World Cup Qatar
- Scope of Supervision: Review of raw material certificates, raw material inspection, welding quality inspection, witnessing of non-destructive testing, hydrostatic testing, coating inspection, packaging and shipment inspection, etc.
- Project Introduction: We deployed over 30 inspectors to conduct quality supervision alongside contractors, SGS and BV (appointed by the factories) across 11 manufacturing sites. Supervision covered steel structures, castings, rigging, anchors, cable clamps, roof access walkways, membranes and other materials and components for the stadium construction.
3.Ahmed Bouh Oilfield Project
- Scope of Service：Appearance quality inspection, mechanical property testing, chemical composition testing, hydrostatic pressure testing, weld quality inspection, coating inspection, instrument and component inspection, etc.
- Project Introduction：It covers a structural area of about 200 square kilometers with proven oil reserves of around 1 billion barrels.We provided equipment manufacturing supervision for this project.The main supervised equipment includes: spherical oil storage tanks, oil storage tanks, oil pipelines, Christmas trees, wellhead assemblies, mud pump units, mud pumps, fans, steel structures, etc.
