CCIC Industrial and Engineering Services was started in 1993 by CCIC-Moody Xi’an Company, a foreign joint venture established by Moody International Limited, a British consulting group, and CCIC Shaanxi. The main business is to provide engineering inspection, progress expediting services, quality system consulting and certification services, and import and export commodity inspection and appraisal services to foreign customers. More than 400 full-time employees can provide Industrial and Engineering Services, a wide range of ‘one-package’ solutions such as inspection, testing, certification, training, evaluation, and ‘one-stop’ and ‘localized’ comprehensive quality services for various industries.
CCIC boasts a team of highly skilled and responsible inspectors, including a group of experienced and qualified professionals. Over 60% of the inspectors have more than 10 years of working experience, covering industries such as petrochemicals, power, mining and metallurgy. The team is proficient in mastering and applying various international standards, including ISO, ASME, ASTM, AWS, API, IEC and JIS. They hold a wide range of domestic and international qualification certificates, such as equipment supervision certificates, non-destructive testing (NDT) certificates like those for special equipment, ASNT, PCN and ISO9712, welding inspection certificates including CWI and CSWIP, and corrosion inspection certificates such as NACE and BGAG. Equipped with a strong sense of responsibility and keen insight into international business, the team plays a crucial role in supervising factories to comply with applicable codes, standards and customers’ quality requirements.
