Xu Zengde and Li Yongji Visit Liaoning for Inspection and Attend a Forum of CCIC‑Affiliated Institutions in Liaoning

From August 24 to 25, Xu Zengde, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of China Certification & Inspection (Group) Co., Ltd. (CCIC), and Li Yongji, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and General Manager of CCIC, carried out an inspection tour in Liaoning Province. They also attended a work forum for CCIC‑affiliated institutions based in Liaoning.

At the meeting, they stressed that CCIC should firmly follow the “Two Consistencies”, give full play to its strengths and industry influence, and continuously contribute to high‑quality economic and social development of Liaoning Province as well as the revitalization of Northeast China

Xu Zengde and Li Yongji listened to work reports from seven local CCIC‑related bodies, including the Northeast Regional Office, Shenyang Branch of China Quality Certification Centre, Shenyang Electric Drive Research Institute, Zhongren (Shenyang) Northern Laboratory, CCIC Ecological Environment Technology (Liaoning) Co., Ltd., CCIC Engineering Testing Co., Ltd., and CCIC Dongce Metrology Technology (Liaoning) Co., Ltd.

The reports covered Party‑building work, business management, reform, development, technological innovation and other areas. The two leaders learned about the real‑world operation of each institution and arranged key tasks for the next stage.

Xu Zengde put forward three requirements:First, build a strong “One CCIC Family” mindset. Local offices need to boost regional integration and professional cooperation. Based on shared beliefs and values, they should strengthen business coordination, share resources and draw on each other’s advantages to drive joint growth.Second, fully carry out the “Two Consistencies”. CCIC must embed Party leadership into every part of corporate governance and include state‑owned asset supervision rules in all business processes. It will build a modern enterprise system with clear roles, balanced rights and responsibilities, smooth operation and effective checks.Third, raise awareness of risk control and compliance. The Group should move supervision work forward, build an intelligent monitoring system with real‑time alerts, and introduce long‑term rules to prevent major risks. These steps will support safe and sustainable growth.

Li Yongji also shared his views on work priorities:First, deliver annual business goals and key tasks. Teams should carefully review weak points in daily operations, fix problems on a regular basis and improve overall business performance.Second, newly‑acquired companies should quickly integrate into CCIC’s unified group‑wide development. They must use the CCIC brand properly, follow compliance rules and keep high ethical standards. All business activities should follow laws and regulations to protect CCIC’s public reputation and serve the group’s overall strategy.Third, strengthen compliance responsibilities at every level.

Deep‑reaching supervision should cover all management layers and every business process. Strict rules will build a solid barrier against operational risks.
