On February 3, China Certification & Inspection (CCIC) Northwest Region and Xizang Zhengxin Engineering Inspection & Testing Technology Co., Ltd. (Xizang Zhengxin) held a strategic restructuring signing ceremony in Lhasa. Wan Xinming, Member of the Party Committee and Deputy General Manager of CCIC, attended the ceremony and delivered a speech.
Li Tiefu, Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman and General Manager of CCIC Shaanxi Company (Northwest Regional Headquarters), and Wang Xinmin, Chairman of Xizang Zhengxin, signed the agreement on behalf of the two parties.
This cooperation marks an important measure for CCIC to implement the Party’s strategy for governing Xizang in the new era and align with Xizang’s four priorities: stability, development, ecological protection, and strengthening border defense. It is a key step for CCIC to support major strategies and industrial upgrading in border areas, particularly in engineering testing, and a concrete practice to serve long-term stability and high-quality development of Xizang, fully demonstrating the responsibility of a central state-owned enterprise.
Following the restructuring, CCIC Zhengxin holds more than 10 professional qualifications, including Comprehensive Class A Qualification for Highway and Water Transportation Engineering Testing, Construction Engineering Quality Testing (covering nine specialized fields), and Water Conservancy Engineering Quality Testing.
Going forward, CCIC Zhengxin will focus on serving major national infrastructure projects, providing full-range, high-precision quality and technical services covering engineering structure inspection, key process quality verification, and construction raw material performance testing. Its service scope will also expand to public livelihood support programs and new infrastructure sectors, delivering solid technical support for urban development, housing security, energy transition and the Digital China initiative, and acting as a reliable “gatekeeper” of engineering quality.
Relevant leaders from CCIC’s Strategy and Investment Department, Testing Company (Investment Center), and Northwest Region, together with the management team and department heads of Xizang Zhengxin, attended the signing ceremony.
